On December 11, 2020, the International Workshop “European Integration: Prospects and Challenges for Ukraine” took place as part of the implementation of the Jean Monnet Chair project “Social and Cultural Aspects of European Studies” (SCAES) and the Jean Monnet Project “European values of diversity and inclusion for sustainable development. ”More than 200 people from different parts of Ukraine and the world took part in the workshop and more than 8 universities were represented, which became possible under the conditions of remote access through the ZOOM platform. The workshop raised important issues of EU values, stages of its formation, the current state of relations between Ukraine and the EU, grant opportunities of EU funds and, of course, special attention was paid to the prospects and challenges facing Ukraine as a future EU member and defining core values. which are most important for the participants of the event. During the workshop, participants, including students and teachers and researchers, actively participated in the discussion of issues, shared their impressions.
